GDC number 73415Darren sets high professional standards utilising the latest technology to optimise patient care. He has gained considerable experience during his years in the armed forces and in private practice.
Darren’s philosophy is based on treating patients as a whole with the emphasis on prevention. His skills have been recognised with the award of membership of the faculty of dental surgery (MFDS) and membership of the faculty of general dental practitioners (MFGDP) from both dental faculties of the Royal Surgeons of England.
Darren has a background in surgery and has undertaken further training in dental implants. He has been awarded the Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh – the gold standard in implant qualification. He has been successfully placing his own implants and restoring them at all levels of complexity since 2005.
He has also had several of his papers published in dental journals. Darren is married to Trish and has two daughters. He couples fatherhood with his active interests in rugby and golf.
